K.C. Rennie - Graphic Design & Web Development
K.C.'s diverse business background inspires clear, concise graphic and website design. Having once sat on the client's side of the table, K.C. understands what is expected of MD Design and has molded his company into one that people are eager to recommend to their valued contacts. Before starting MD Design, he worked in the design, sales and marketing capacities for Marriott International, Atlantic Publication Group and The Beach Company.
K.C. is also the former Director of the HMY-Viking MegaDock Billfishing Tournament and a certified Manager of Marriott International. This Clemson grad won the South Carolina student award for Tourism before graduating to a career that includes a growing and diverse client base. He is currently an active and committed committee member of the following: Charleston Area CVB Travel Council, Communities In Schools, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Lowcountry Local First and the Olde North Charleston Merchants Association.
Liz Rennie - Copywriting, Media & PR
Liz Rennie has an eclectic background and brings her unique knowledge and experience to MD Design.
A Lowcountry native, Liz graduated from Wofford College with a B.A. in both English and philosophy. Immediately after graduation, she set out for West Africa to complete a United States Peace Corps tour where she worked on community development projects, women’s rights initiatives, HIV/AIDS education and tour guide and language training.
Liz is a published author and completed her M.F.A. degree at Queens University. She’s used her writing background to help promote Charleston as the Assistant Director of Communications for the Charleston Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. Liz freelances for various publications while also assisting MD Design’s clients with their copywriting needs.
